This is certainly a magnificent work. The colors are amazing and set a distinct mood of a melancholic urban center, while the mountains add a promise of freemod and the mirror image adds ambiguity. From your gallery it seems that you can go even further, as your other work is, in my opinions, even more interesting. This by itself looks like a part of a series, but can hardly work as a separate piece by itself. You are great with human subjects, so I would recommend exploring how you can incorporate that into your cityscape series.
A little detail: make sure to remove spots from your images. Right now two grey spots are visible in the upper right corner of each image. For efficient spot removal in Photoshop: set curves temporarily (i.e. as a separate adjustment layer) to a much darker tone (this will reveal spots in the sky), zoom in to your file 100% and browse it bit by bit with healing brush or equivalent. It's little details like this which can break and image.
